Flood Escape is a new take on the old classic escape room games. Like most other escape rooms, players will need to navigate their way through puzzles to find an exit from the room they have been trapped in. The game will be played through a first-person perspective and use the well-known mouse and keyboard combination to control the character. This game will be developed using Unity. We will be using realistic 3D graphics to help with player immersion.

Flood Escape will use mechanics such as object manipulation and platforming to allow players to solve puzzles and progress through the levels. While solving the puzzles, players will encounter a rising water level that will affect how they see some of the objects in the environment. If the water level rises above the player and the player cannot lower the level in time, the game will be over. The goal for the player is to reach the surface before the water level floods entire floors.
